One person, a small team or several apartments
Choose a whole apartment for privacy and your own kitchen and living area, or ask about private rooms with shared facilities. We will confirm exactly what is private and what is shared before you book.
For teams, send the number of people, separate bedrooms required, and whether colleagues are happy to share an apartment. We can check available options without assuming everyone wants to share a bedroom.

Do you offer weekly or monthly stays?
We welcome enquiries for weekly and longer stays. Availability, rates and terms depend on the dates, apartment and length of stay. Contact Lara for a quote.
Can a company book for several colleagues?
Yes. Tell us how many people need accommodation and their room requirements, and we will check availability across the apartments and any suitable private-room options.
What if our project dates change?
Let us know as soon as possible. Extensions and changes depend on availability and your agreed booking terms; extra nights cannot be guaranteed.
Is parking available for work vehicles?
Free street parking is available on and near Runnacleave Road, subject to spaces. Parking is not reserved. If you travel with a van, several vehicles or specialist equipment, discuss your requirements before booking.
Red lines mark free street parking; the red X marks paid parking by the Landmark Theatre. Street spaces are subject to availability and are not reserved.
What about cleaning and laundry?
Washing machines are available for laundry. Please discuss any cleaning or linen-change requirements for a longer stay so the arrangements and any charges can be confirmed in your quote.
Can you accommodate shift workers or access requirements?
Tell us your shift pattern, arrival time and any mobility needs before booking. All apartments involve stairs. Layouts, access and the number of stairs vary, so we will explain the access and discuss suitability with you.
