- Microwaves in selected apartments; check your chosen accommodation.

Laundry & everyday comforts
- Washing machines. Dryers are available in Apartments 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7; Apartments 2, 8 and 9 do not have a dryer.

Laundry and living facilities are shared within the apartment for room bookings.
Locked basement storage
Secure, locked storage space is available in the basement. Please tell Lara what you would like to store before booking so we can discuss your requirements and arrangements.
Self check-in
Self check-in is available using a lockbox. Arrival instructions and check-in arrangements are provided for your booking.
Welcome essentials & safety
Kitchen basics include coffee, tea and sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, and washing-up liquid, as detailed for your accommodation. The property listings also include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and an exterior security camera at the building entrance.

Family equipment
For whole-apartment bookings: high chair & travel cot available on request, subject to availability. Please arrange these in advance; an additional charge applies. Babies are not accommodated with private-room bookings.
Dog-friendly apartment stays
Pets are welcome in whole-apartment bookings by arrangement, with an additional charge. Please include your pet in your enquiry. Pets are not permitted for private-room bookings.
Housekeeping & longer stays
Housekeeping is available at an extra charge. For longer stays, discuss any cleaning and linen-change requirements so the arrangements and costs can be agreed before booking.
Luggage & arrival requests
Luggage drop-off is available by arrangement. If you need an early check-in or have a particular arrival time, ask Lara in advance; early access must be confirmed.
Access & parking
All apartments involve stairs
Access and the number of stairs vary between apartments. Please tell Lara about any mobility requirements before booking so we can explain the access and discuss suitability.
Free street parking is available nearby, subject to spaces and not reserved. Check your apartment page for any included parking space, and contact us before booking about vans, multiple vehicles or particular parking needs.
Our Ilfracombe location
Find us on Runnacleave Road, Ilfracombe, North Devon, EX34 8AR, right next door to Tunnels Beaches. Ilfracombe Harbour, shops, cafés, restaurants and coastal walks are within walking distance, with the South West Coast Path and the wider North Devon coast to explore during your stay.
