Bringing the dog?
Dogs are welcome in whole-apartment bookings by arrangement, with an additional charge. Please include your dog in your enquiry so we can confirm the arrangements for your family. Pets are not permitted for private-room bookings.

All apartments involve stairs
Access and the number of stairs vary between apartments. If you are travelling with a pushchair, young children or anyone with mobility requirements, speak to Lara before booking so we can explain the access, layout and suitability. Please check any essential child equipment or access requirement in advance.
Travel cots
Travel cots are available on request, subject to availability. Please confirm with Lara before your stay. Playpens are not available.
Parking & arrival
Free street parking is available on and near Runnacleave Road, subject to spaces; it is not reserved. Check your individual apartment page for any parking space specifically included with that apartment. Self check-in is available using a lockbox, with arrival arrangements provided for your booking.
